🔹 About the Renew Hope Initiative
The Renew Hope Initiative (RHI) operates a continuous daily production ecosystem, where organic waste is converted into biogas and organic fertilizer. This ecosystem involves multiple stakeholders—feedstock vendors, transporters, packaging suppliers, maintenance contractors, distributors, and field agents.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities
• Edit and produce 30–40 short-form reels/videos per month (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to deliver ~1 minute of video content per day (average output)
• Work with AI-based video tools (e.g., Veo, AI captions, auto-cuts, voice/audio tools)
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics where required
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and current social media trends
• Create visually appealing static creatives/posts using Canva
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team for feedback and revisions
• Deliver content within agreed timelines
🔹 Requirements
• Basic to intermediate experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Familiarity with short-form content formats (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, Shorts)
• Understanding of audio editing, captions, and music syncing
• Exposure to automation tools and AI-powered video tools (e.g., Veo or similar platforms)
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and consistency
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Portfolio or sample work is mandatory

• Compensation: 5 LPA
• Work Mode: Fully Remote
