We’re looking for a highly creative Video Editor + Graphic Designer to join The YouWe Network and work closely with Yuvika on content across mindset, personal growth, storytelling, workshops, launches, and retreats. This is not just an editing role. We’re looking for someone who understands emotions, storytelling, aesthetics, trends, pacing, and audience psychology. Someone who can turn content into experiences people genuinely feel connected to. If you love social media, creativity, self-growth content, and building impactful personal brands, this role will feel deeply exciting.
Yuvika’s work focuses on mindset transformation, emotional healing, manifestation, and conscious living through content, workshops, and immersive retreat experiences in Bali.

What You’ll Do
• Edit Instagram reels, YouTube videos, cinematic B-roll content, and short-form clips
• Create engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and storytelling
• Design thumbnails, Instagram carousels, launch creatives, posters, and story assets
• Help brainstorm reel ideas, trends, content formats, and creative campaigns
• Work closely with the team on launches, workshops, retreats, and brand storytelling
• Contribute creatively beyond just execution
We’d Love Someone Who
• Has strong aesthetic sense and creative intuition
• Understands emotional storytelling and retention-based editing
• Loves mindset, wellness, entrepreneurship, lifestyle, or creator content
• Is proactive, fast-moving, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Understands personal branding and social media culture deeply
• Can balance clean premium visuals with emotional impact
Skills
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
• Photoshop / Canva / Illustrator
• Strong understanding of reels, YouTube, hooks, watch time, and audience engagement
Bonus If You
• Have worked with creators, coaches, or personal brands
• Can occasionally shoot content
• Understand branding, cinematic editing, and creator economy trends
