Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Video Editing Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions on video editing and production techniques, including video editing software, color grading, motion graphics, and related tools. Additional tasks include creating course content, assessing trainees’ progress, and offering feedback for skill improvement. The role requires a collaborative approach with the training team to ensure a comprehensive and impactful learning experience for participants.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production
- Strong knowledge of Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics techniques
- Experience with Graphics design related to video content
- Effective communication and teaching skills to deliver engaging training sessions
- Ability to design detailed and accessible training materials
- Familiarity with industry-standard video editing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- A creative mindset with the ability to stay updated on video production trends
- Previous experience in a similar training role is preferred, but not mandatory
