🎬 Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Video Editing & Motion Graphics Faculty who is passionate about teaching and creating. The candidate will train students while also working on real-world creative projects for educational and promotional purposes.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Teach Video Editing, Motion Graphics & Graphic Design fundamentals
Train students on practical workflows and real projects
Create and edit videos for marketing and educational content
Apply color correction and finishing techniques
Design motion graphics and animations
Mentor students and guide them on portfolio development
Collaborate with the internal creative team
Ensure timely delivery and quality output
🛠 Required Skills
Strong expertise in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Understanding of video production and storytelling
Knowledge of color grading (basic to advanced)
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Good communication and teaching ability
👤 Ideal Candidate
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
Industry or freelance experience preferred
Ability to simplify concepts for beginners
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
🎓 Qualifications
Degree/Certification in Animation, Film Production, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
Relevant practical experience is highly valued
💰Salary ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
