POSITION: Video Editing Intern (Short Form)

STIPEND: Rs 6,000 to Rs 10,000 per month, based on skill
DURATION: 3 to 6 months | 10 to 15 hours per week | Openings: 1 | Start: Immediate
THIS IS NOT AN ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
We will teach you our industry (cross-border finance, made simple). We will NOT teach you editing. You arrive already fast and clean on your tools. Here you get steady raw footage, a clear brand system and full credit for what you ship.
ABOUT US
Krystal7 helps founders from the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East build companies in India. Two cofounders record on their phones; an AI engine supplies scripts, news graphics and brand assets. You turn all of it into video people finish watching.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. Output: minimum 4 finished vertical videos per week (Instagram reels plus LinkedIn versions), each delivered within 48 hours of receiving footage or script.
2. Craft: burned in subtitles on every video, a hook inside the first two seconds, clean audio, and our navy and orange brand kit applied consistently.
3. Revisions: maximum two rounds per video, each turned around within 24 hours.
4. Library: raw footage organised by shoot date, exports named properly, templates and licensed or trending audio tracked. Nothing hunted for twice.
5. Improvement: a monthly one pager on which videos held viewers and which died, backed by retention numbers, not vibes.
YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE
Real command of CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci. A portfolio of short-form edits (links mandatory). Subtitling speed. An instinct for pacing you can explain.
