Role Description The Social Media/Video Editing Intern is a full-time, remote role supporting Indeva Studio’s digital presence across social platforms. This intern will assist in planning, filming, and editing short-form video content tailored for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Daily tasks include organizing footage, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and optimizing videos for various formats and aspect ratios. The intern will collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm content ideas, maintain a content calendar, and publish posts that reflect the studio’s visual identity. Additional responsibilities may include basic graphic design for social assets, caption writing, and monitoring engagement metrics to inform future content.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in video creation, including Video Production and Video Editing skills.
- Ability to enhance visual mood and consistency through Video Color Grading.
- Experience creating dynamic visuals using Motion Graphics and basic Graphics design.
- Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for short-form video content.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an interest in design, architecture, or lifestyle content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and receive and apply feedback constructively.
- Relevant coursework, portfolio, or prior project experience in video, media, or design is highly beneficial.
