Role Description
The Video Editing Intern role at Goldenflitch is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern will assist in editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, cohesive content aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include trimming clips, organizing media assets, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing basic color adjustments. The intern will collaborate closely with designers and motion graphic specialists to integrate graphics and animations into video projects. The role also involves supporting the production team during shoots, maintaining file organization, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic understanding of end-to-end video workflows.
- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing skills, including timeline management and use of standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent visual tone and quality across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create and integrate titles, lower thirds, and simple animations.
- Familiarity with social media and digital content formats (e.g., short-form videos, reels, ads) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, and strong time management skills are required.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design, and a portfolio or showreel demonstrating video work will be an advantage.
