• Craft high-quality short-form & long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, ads) with strong storytelling
• Elevate content using clean transitions, sound design, and sharp visual pacing
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to execute content that performs
💼 Stipend: ₹10,000/month
📍 Work Mode: Hybrid (50% Remote | 50% In-office)
🎯 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has hands-on experience with tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
• Understands pacing, retention hooks, and audience psychology
• Pays attention to detail — from frame cuts to audio balance
• Is reliable, fast, and takes ownership of their work
