About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editing Intern who is passionate about creating engaging visual content for social media and digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing team to edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, brand content, short-form videos, and other digital creatives.
If you have an eye for good visuals, understand social media trends, and enjoy turning raw footage into engaging content, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Cut, arrange, and enhance raw footage to create engaging videos.
- Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and animations where required.
- Create videos according to the brand's visual style and content requirements.
- Keep up with current Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video trends.
- Work with the creative/marketing team to understand content requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final videos within deadlines.
- Maintain proper organization of video files, footage, and project assets.
- Experiment with creative editing styles to improve engagement and content quality.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of any video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Basic knowledge of video transitions, color correction, audio editing, and typography.
- Good sense of timing, visuals, music, and storytelling.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new editing styles.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with a strong interest in video editing are welcome to apply.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Understanding of social media content strategies.
- A portfolio, personal projects, or sample edits.
