As a Video Developer at SSC, you will play a key role in creating engaging, high-quality videos that support our clients’ marketing and communication strategies. As part of an established creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualising, editing, and delivering video assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Working closely with content writers, graphic designers, delivery and account managers, you will help bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling, ensuring timely delivery using a variety of platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create, produce, edit, and publish high-quality video content for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
- Follow creative briefs given by content and design teams and translate concepts into engaging videos.
- Edit and productionise podcasts ready for publishing in a variety of platforms.
- Be proactive and use creative flair to vary your deliverables and video outputs.
- Manage the full video production lifecycle.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects where required.
- Optimise videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Maintain organised project files and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality.
- Make revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
What Is Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing or video production.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
