Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling video content for employer branding, social media, client campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Plan and execute video shoots including interviews, testimonials, and event coverages.
- Edit raw footage, apply effects, transitions, and color grading to produce polished, engaging videos.
- Develop storyboards and collaborate with teams on scripting and concept planning.
- Design and integrate animation and motion graphics to elevate storytelling.
- Capture high-quality stills using professional camera equipment as needed.
- Manage timelines and ensure delivery of projects aligned with brand guidelines and creative strategy.
- Maintain and organize video libraries, templates, and assets.
Skills Required:
- Video Editing & Post-Production - Cutting, sequencing, sound syncing, color correction, and final rendering.
- Animation & Motion Design - 2D animation, titles, logo animation, transitions, infographics.
- Live Shooting - On-ground shoots, camera handling, lighting, framing.
- Still Photography - Intermediate DSLR usage for corporate profiles, events, and content creation.
- Creative Storyboarding - Visual storytelling through strong narrative design and concept building.
Tools & Software Expertise:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Final Cut Pro (FCP)
- (Bonus) Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- DSLR / Mirrorless camera handling experience
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in large-scale event agencies, video production houses, or creative studios with a strong portfolio in corporate storytelling.
- Prior experience working on employer branding or talent marketing videos is a plus.
- Ability to translate business and recruitment narratives into engaging visual formats.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
