ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Video Content Creator to shoot high-quality digital content using DSLR and mobile devices. The ideal candidate should understand basic lighting and audio, be comfortable editing short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, and be able to take ownership from shoot to final edit — including using AI tools to create supporting visuals or B-roll when needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Shoot video content using DSLR and mobile for interviews, explainers, product walkthroughs, market updates, and B-roll
- Set up basic lighting and audio for in-house shoots
- Frame and capture content optimised for digital platforms
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Add basic motion graphics, titles, transitions, and subtitles
- Cover office events and be available to travel for shoots within Mumbai and outside the city, as required
- Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows to create supporting visuals or B-roll
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and research teams
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with production timelines
- Maintain and manage basic video equipment
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in video shooting and editing
- Hands-on experience with DSLR and mobile phone shooting
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (After Effects or similar is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering for generating B-roll or visual assets
- Familiarity with social media video content
- Ability to manage quick, independent shoot setups
