Video Content Specialist (Pre & Post Production)
📍 Location: Mohali (On-site)
🕒 Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (IST)

We're looking for a highly creative Video Specialist (5+ years experience) who can take ownership of the complete video production process — from concept to final delivery.
🎯 Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Strong experience with AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.)
- Ability to create high-converting ad creatives with powerful hooks

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in video production with a portfolio focused on Direct Response (DR) or Lead Gen for the US market
- Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI video/audio tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Descript, HeyGen, or Runway)
- Independence: Proven ability to move a project from "Script to Screen" without a manager holding your hand through every cut
