About the RoleAerion Aerospace is building advanced unmanned aerial solutions across agriculture, industrial, and commercial sectors. We are looking for a highly driven Video Content Manager to own and execute our end-to-end video content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This role goes beyond editing—you will craft compelling visual stories by combining drone footage, raw content, and stock assets, supported by strong scripting and impactful narration. You will work with both human and AI-generated voice-over (VO) to create engaging, high-retention content at scale.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute the overall video content strategy
- Edit videos using a mix of drone footage, raw footage, and stock assets
- Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Produce long-form YouTube videos (product stories, explainers, case studies)
- Write scripts optimized for voice-over driven storytelling
- Work with both human-recorded and AI-generated voice-over (VO) depending on content needs
- Ensure high-quality audio production, clarity, and narrative flow
- Align visuals, pacing, and storytelling tightly with narration
- Leverage AI tools for scripting, voice-over, and visual enhancement
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across platforms
- Stay updated with content trends, editing techniques, and AI advancements
Market Intelligence (Content-Focused)- Track competitor content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Analyze high-performing videos, formats, hooks, and storytelling patterns
- Identify trending topics, formats, and narratives relevant to drones and target industries
- Provide insights on audience preferences, content performance, and engagement behavior
- Recommend content ideas based on market trends and competitor gaps
- Continuously refine content strategy based on data and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong hands-on expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) (must-have)
- Working knowledge of commonly used tools like Filmora, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-based visual generation tools
- Experience working with voice-over workflows (human and/or AI-assisted)
- Strong scripting ability for narration-led content
- Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Understanding of YouTube content strategy and performance metrics
- Ability to combine multiple content sources into cohesive, engaging videos
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with drone or aerial footage
- Background in tech, hardware, or engineering-focused companies
- Familiarity with stock footage platforms and content sourcing
- Motion graphics, animation, and sound design skills
- Portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing content
