Job Summary:
We are seeking a vibrant and confident Video Content Host (Financial) to join our Bangalore team. This role centers on delivering financial content on camera, which will be edited and showcased across our digital platforms to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is engaging on-camera, fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam), and skilled at breaking down complex financial topics for a broad audience. Prior experience in the financial sector is advantageous. This is a full-time, in-office position, offering a creative environment and an opportunity to thrive within a growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
1. On-Camera Presentation
o Present engaging and accurate financial content on camera for videos to be used across digital marketing channels.
2. Content Simplification
o Break down complex financial topics into clear, relatable content that resonates with a broad, diverse audience.
3. Multilingual Communication
o Deliver content fluently in English, Hindi, and at least one additional regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) to reach wider audiences.
4. Audience Engagement
o Bring an energetic, confident, and personable approach on camera to build rapport and trust with viewers.
5. Collaboration with Creative Team
o Work closely with content writers, marketing, and video editing teams to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
6. Industry Awareness
o Stay updated on financial news and trends to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and insightful for the audience.
7. Quality Control
o Review video drafts and provide feedback on edits, ensuring that final outputs meet high-quality standards for both information and presentation style.
8. Performance Improvement
o Analyze audience engagement metrics with the marketing team and continuously refine on-camera approach and content delivery based on feedback.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of equity and commodity markets.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
