Zing Parks is a multi-city theme park business of Z-Tech. It creates immersive, location-inspired experiences at available open spaces across India. Each park is built using recycled and waste materials and offers a mix of entertainment, culture, food & beverage, and experiential attractions. The business is rapidly scaling across multiple cities with a strong focus on footfall growth, monetisation, and community engagement.
Role Overview
The Video Content Executive is responsible for producing engaging videos using various tools as applicable. The content for the same may be exiting content, generated through AI tools or, in specific cases, shot specifically for certain videos. This desktop-based role supports social media, paid ads, brand campaigns, park launches and event promotions, with a strong focus on speed, quality and scalability.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Produce high volumes of short-form and campaign videos efficiently
- Improve engagement, CTRs and content freshness across platforms
- Enable scalable content creation across multiple parks simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation & Editing
- Create videos using existing footage, images, posters, reels, UGC and archives
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and paid ads
- Repurpose long-form or raw content into multiple short formats
- Add music, transitions, text overlays, subtitles and CTAs
AI & Tool-Based Content Creation
- Use AI tools to generate videos, animations and effects
- Use AI for script variations, captions and voiceovers where required
- Continuously explore new AI workflows to improve speed and output quality
Collaboration & Iteration
- Work closely with Social Media, Paid Media and Brand teams
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on creatives
- Maintain organised content libraries and version control
Tools & Skills
- Video editing tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- AI tools: Runway, Pika, Descript, Adobe Firefly or equivalent
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with social media and performance marketing creatives
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in video editing or digital content creation
- Experience creating social-first and ad-friendly video content
- Working knowledge and experience in video creation through AI tools
