Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across multiple platforms.
This role is critical in bringing Healthy Master's brand story to life - from product demonstrations and nutritional benefits to lifestyle content and customer testimonials.
You'll be the backbone of our visual storytelling strategy, seamlessly moving between directing shoots and crafting polished final products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Production & Strategy
- Brainstorm and conceptualize video ideas aligned with content pillars: product benefits, lifestyle, health conditions, seasonal campaigns, and corporate wellness.
- Collaborate with the content strategy team to develop video storyboards and scripts.
- Plan video shoots including location scouting, lighting setup, equipment requirements, and talent coordination.
- Research trending formats and platform-specific requirements (Instagram Reels,YouTube shorts, LinkedIn, TikTok, website content).
- Create mood boards and visual references for brand consistency.
2. Production (Filming)
- Operate camera equipment professionally to capture high-quality footage in studio and on-location settings.
- Manage lighting, audio, and other technical aspects of video shoots
- Direct talent (brand ambassadors, employees, customers) and coordinate on-set activities
- Capture b-roll footage and B-angles for editing flexibility
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained throughout filming
3. Post-Production (Editing)
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, color grading, and visual effects (Adobe After Effects proficiency a plus)
- Optimize audio—mixing, sound design, adding background music and sound effects
- Create platform-specific versions (vertical for Reels, square for YouTube Shorts, 16:9 for website)
- Develop video thumbnails and cover images
4. Distribution & Analysis
- Ensure timely delivery of content for scheduled publishing
- Upload and format videos across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, WordPress)
- Track video performance metrics: views, engagement, watch time, click-through rates
- Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations for future content
- Collaborate with social media team on video promotion and engagement strategies
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the content strategy team, product team, and marketing leadership
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors and external talent for shoot schedules
- Maintain organized file systems for all raw footage, edits, and final products
- Provide monthly content calendars and progress updates
- Adapt to feedback quickly and iterate on content versions
Required Skills & Experience
1. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (3+ years experience)
- Motion graphics & visual effects: Basic to intermediate skills with Adobe After Effects
- Color correction & grading: DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
- Camera operation: DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras; understanding of frame rates, codecs, and resolution
- Audio editing: Ability to mix, balance, and enhance audio (Adobe Audition or similar)
- File management & backup: Organized workflow for multiple video projects simultaneously
2. Creative & Strategic Skills
- Strong visual storytelling ability with attention to narrative flow and pacing
- Understanding of platform-specific content requirements and audience engagement patterns
- Creative problem-solving and ability to achieve high production value with available resources
- Knowledge of health and nutrition claims (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with SEO and video optimization for searchability

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in media, film, communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional video editing and shooting experience
- Portfolio demonstrating brand/product video, social media content, or digital marketing videos
- Knowledge of D2C marketing and e-commerce content (preferred)
- Experience with short-form content (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) is a plus
- Understanding of health snacking industry is a plus
