Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Video Content Creator at Grit Manpower Pvt Ltd. The Video Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging video content, including conceptualizing, scripting, recording, and editing videos tailored to specific audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing educational, marketing, or promotional videos, collaborating with stakeholders to align content with organizational goals, and optimizing video content for various platforms. Close attention to brand tone and style, as well as timelines, is critical.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) and basic knowledge of cinematography.
- Experience in Scripting, Storyboarding, and Video Concept Development to align with creative vision and project objectives.
- Familiarity with Social Media Platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) and understanding of video content optimization for digital platforms.
- Knowledge in Video Marketing strategies and the ability to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently and produce high-quality outputs.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) or animation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take feedback and adapt quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field preferred.
