Role Description
Cizzara Studios is seeking an experienced Video Colorist for a full-time, on-site role at our Vadodara location. The Video Colorist will be responsible for enhancing video footage through color grading, ensuring visual and tonal consistency across projects. This includes collaborating closely with directors and editors, matching color composition to creative briefs, applying necessary corrections, and maintaining high technical and creative standards in the final output. The successful candidate will contribute extensively to both creative and technical aspects of post-production.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in color grading software (DaVinci Resolve Studio) and familiarity with color correction techniques.
- Strong understanding of color theory, visual storytelling, and composition for film and video production.
- Experience with video editing and post-production workflows including file management, rendering, and exporting.
- Basic to advanced knowledge in VFX, animation, and digital imaging concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict production deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with directors, editors, and production teams.
- Previous experience in color grading in media such as corporate films, advertisements, or documentaries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
