Video Annotation Team Leader

Job Summary:
The Video Annotation Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of video annotators, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and according to project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the video annotation team.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
- Review annotated videos for quality and accuracy.
- Train and guide team members on annotation guidelines.
- Resolve team queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality reports.
- Communicate with managers regarding project status.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–4 years of experience in video annotation, data labeling, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of video annotation tools and quality standards.
- Basic experience in video annotation or team handling.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
