We are seeking a Video and Motion Designer to create compelling video content and motion graphics that bring the brand to life across digital channels, driving engagement and communicating complex financial concepts in accessible visual formats.

Key Responsibilitie
- Design and produce video content for social media, website, app, and paid media campaign
- Create motion graphics, animations, and kinetic typography for brand storytelling
- Edit and optimize video content for different platforms and formats (vertical, square, landscape
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to visualize data, products, and customer journey
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video assets
- Manage video asset library and ensure efficient production workflow
- Stay current with video trends and motion design best practice
- Deliver high-quality video content to tight deadline
Requiremens
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and motion design too
- Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating excellent motion graphics and video editing skills
- Understanding of social-first content and platform-specific video requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex information into engaging visual narratives
- Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D/Blender) desirable
- Advanced knowledge of video optimization and encoding for different platforms
- Strong collaborative skills with creative and product teams
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion and video assets
