Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida for a Video and Graphics Production Manager. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end video and graphics production process, managing pre-press activities, and leading a team to ensure high-quality graphic production. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators and marketing, to produce compelling visual materials aligned with the organization’s vision. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to production schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Print Production and Pre-press workflows, including color correction, layout design, and print-ready file preparations
- Proficient in Graphics and Graphic Arts, with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling
- Proven skills in Production Management, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and team collaboration
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
