We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is passionate about Web3 and has a strong network in the crypto industry. Your mission is to drive strategic partnerships and expand our deal flow pipeline by identifying, engaging, and onboarding promising crypto that are listed already on an exchange and ecosystem partners.
You will play a key role in representing Victus Global in the broader Web3 space and act as the bridge between project teams and our internal OTC department.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Identify and build relationships with projects that are listed on exchanges.
Maintain and grow our existing partner network across exchanges, launchpads, protocols, and service providers
Represent Victus at industry events, Twitter Spaces, and online communities
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and due diligence for potential partners
Maintain a clear CRM and pipeline of ongoing outreach, prospects, and closed partnerships
Continuously gather feedback from the market to refine our BD and outreach strategies
Monitor competitor offerings and trends in the Web3 ecosystem.
