Senior Merchant, Emerging Businesses

The Senior Merchant, Emerging Businesses will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising strategy and execution for key Emerging Businesses within the Victoria's Secret portfolio. This role will partner closely with the Emerging Businesses leadership team to drive growth, profitability and brand positioning for targeted Emerging Businesses initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing the merchandising strategy to optimize product assortment, pricing, and inventory for targeted Emerging Businesses • Serving as a strategic partner to the Emerging Businesses leadership team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the merchandising team, including goal setting, performance management, and development • Collaborating cross-functionally with other key business partners (Planning, Sourcing, Brand, Marketing, etc.) to ensure a cohesive, seamless execution • Leveraging industry and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability • Driving strategic initiatives to further enhance the customer experience and brand positioning within Emerging Businesses
