Digital Email Production Analyst

The Email Marketing Analyst supports the Victoria's Secret & Co.'s Domestic and International email marketing teams by creating, coding and setting up daily marketing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Da Vinci tool and other marketing tools. They will be responsible for importing data files, converting them to data extensions, slicing creatives using photoshop, creating email templates and setting up deployments according to campaign instructions. The Analyst will be responsible for setting up multiple campaigns at a single time that span across multiple business days. Responsibilities: Imports encrypted data files from FTP server, and converts them into data extensions according to daily campaign instructions Creates daily user-initiated sends according to daily campaign instructions Creates deployment schedules in Automation studio according to daily campaign instructions Creates and delivers deployment details for International and Domestic marketing teams to validate work Create prebuilds for daily marketing emails according to campaign instructions delivered by the Domestic email marketing team Produce daily marketing emails for the International team according to campaign instructions. Includes slicing creative files, uploading assets into a CMS, building emails using HTML, and validating work Identify and understand the differences between International and Domestic campaign processes Identify and understand the differences between International and Domestic email templates Performs ad-hoc deployment setup as requested Understands and adheres to asset deadlines Communicates building progress through shared campaign tracking documents Identify, monitor and explain variances to expected outcomes Identify opportunities for process improvements Maintain all quality control
