Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal located at our Gurugram campus. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to oversee academic and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and mission. Responsibilities include supervising faculty performance, coordinating curriculum development, implementing policies, and organizing extracurricular and leadership programs. The Vice Principal will serve as a mentor for both students and staff while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional duties may involve managing parent communications, upholding discipline, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Experience in academic planning, curriculum development, and school administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to mentor teachers and promote professional development
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with modern educational technology and its application in teaching
- Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a leadership role within an educational institution
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and compliance standards (preferred)
