Role Description
This full-time, on-site Vice Principal role is based in Hyderabad. The Vice Principal will oversee academic operations, support teaching staff, monitor curriculum implementation, ensure adherence to educational standards, and foster a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, policy enforcement, student performance tracking, and coordinating communication between educators, students, and parents.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management experience, with skills in team supervision and organizational decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, educational policies, and academic best practices.
- Interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and program development to advance academic goals and outcomes.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Prior experience in an educational leadership role is required, with additional certifications in education or administration considered an asset.
- A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred.
