Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajmer for the position of Vice Principal at Mayo College Girls' School. The Vice Principal will assist in overseeing the academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and discipline. Duties include supporting teachers in curriculum implementation, monitoring students’ progress, coordinating extracurricular activities, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and upholding the school's mission and values. The Vice Principal will also play a key role in mentoring staff, policy implementation, and fostering collaboration within the school community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience in academic planning, curriculum development, and assessment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents
• Proficiency in administrative functions, team management, and operational oversight
• Familiarity with CISCE and CAIE curricula is preferred
• PGT experience of 15 Years
• Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational institution is highly advantageous
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment, Residential School Experience is preferable.
