Role Description
The Vice Principal (both Primary and Secondary schools) will play a key leadership role in managing daily academic and administrative operations. Responsibilities include supporting faculty development, implementing curriculum standards, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a positive school culture. The Vice Principal will also help develop school policies, coordinate staff activities, and ensure adherence to academic goals. This is a full-time, on-site role for our flagship school, "Sri Venkateswara Children's High School NEW GEN CAMPUS" (both Primary and Secondary) located in Tirupati.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in curriculum development, classroom instruction, and education policy implementation
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive school culture and address student needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Qualifications in Education or related fields; a master's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution is an asset
- Understanding of both traditional and innovative teaching methods
