Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Atlantis, the world school part of Komandur Group, for a Vice Principal based in Tirupati. The Vice Principal will assist in the development and implementation of academic and administrative policies, oversee teacher performance, and support student achievement. Roles also include managing daily school operations, coordinating extracurricular activities, and ensuring adherence to educational standards. Additionally, the Vice Principal will act as a liaison between school staff, students, and parents to maintain a positive and effective learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Ability to develop and enforce academic and administrative policies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with staff, students, and parents
- Proficiency in planning and executing extracurricular activities and events
- Experience in mentoring teachers and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of educational standards, student development, and curriculum planning
- Experience in educational administration or leadership roles
- Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with technology tools and platforms used in educational environments
- A strong commitment to fostering academic excellence and student well-being
