๐ฏ Role OverviewThe VP โ Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving demand generation, brand positioning, and revenue acceleration across India.
This role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring:
- Strong pipeline creation
- Consistent lead flow to the sales team (40+ members)
- High-impact marketing campaigns & GTM execution
- Alignment between brand, product, and revenue teams
You will play a critical role in scaling Bhionix toward โน100 Cr+ revenue growth.
๐ฅ Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Marketing Strategy- Define and execute integrated sales & marketing strategy
- Align marketing efforts with revenue goals and GTM plans
- Build a scalable lead generation engine
2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Building- Drive inbound & outbound marketing campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads across:
- Enterprise (B2B)
- Government (B2G)
- Institutional clients
- Ensure a strong pipeline funnel for Regional Heads & Sales Managers
3. Brand Building & Positioning- Establish Bhionix as a thought leader in IT, AI, and digital transformation
- Lead:
- Digital marketing
- Performance marketing
- Content strategy
- PR & media presence
- Strengthen visibility across all 8 group companies
4. GTM Execution Across Group Companies- Design Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for:
- IT services
- AI solutions
- ERP platforms
- Drone & Industry 4.0 solutions
- Launch new products/services with strong market entry strategies
5. Sales Enablement- Support sales teams with:
- Pitch decks
- Case studies
- Proposals
- Marketing collaterals
- Improve conversion ratios across the funnel
6. Leadership & Team Management- Build and manage:
- Marketing team
- Inside sales / BDE coordination
- Work closely with:
- Country Sales Head
- Business Development Director
- Ensure alignment across all sales regions
7. Digital & Performance Marketing- Own channels like:
- SEO / SEM
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email campaigns
- Paid ads & automation tools
- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROI
8. Strategic Partnerships & Growth Initiatives- Drive:
- Co-marketing partnerships
- Industry collaborations
- Events & exhibitions
- Represent Bhionix in industry forums and global platforms
