Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Treasures Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and delivery of services
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices within the Treasures segment
Requirements
- Experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs and operational challenges
- Proficient in using relevant banking and customer relationship management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments
