Hiring Alert | VP – Technology Head (Broking Business) | Mumbai
We are looking for a seasoned technology leader
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage OMS/RMS, trading platforms, onboarding, and back-office systems
• Lead vendor governance across trading technology partners
• Ensure platform uptime, incident management, and operational resilience
• Drive exchange/regulatory compliance (SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX) and system audits
• Collaborate with Infra, InfoSec, and Product teams for secure and scalable architecture
• Manage BCP/DR readiness and high-volume trading operations
Ideal Candidate:
• 12–15+ years in Capital Markets Technology
• 5+ years in leadership roles within Indian brokerage firms
• Strong expertise in Institutional & Retail Broking platforms, FIX/CTCL/DMA
• Experience scaling trading systems for high concurrent user volumes
• Strong process orientation and crisis management capabilities
