Company Description Imperial Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ISCS) is a supply chain management company headquartered in Pune, with operations across India. ISCS delivers a broad range of services, including in-plant stores management, warehouse and 3PL solutions, e-commerce fulfillment, parts distribution, VMI partnerships, supply chain optimization, and risk assessment and compliance.
Role Description The Vice President Supply Chain Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City. This position oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management across pan-India locations. The role involves setting strategic direction, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment of supply chain activities with business goals and customer service standards. The Vice President will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, implement technology-enabled solutions, and drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, managing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management, with a track record of managing complex, integrated operations.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Supply Chain Operations, including network optimization, inventory management, and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Procurement, including vendor management, sourcing strategies, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong proficiency in Logistics Management, covering transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with supply chain technologies and analytical tools, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess experience in large-scale, multi-location operations in India; prior experience in a senior supply chain leadership role is highly preferred.
