Vice President – Staffing, Technical Consulting & Outsourcing(Part-Time | Revenue Sharing Model | Remote)

Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, remote leadership role for a Vice President – Staffing, Technical Consulting & Outsourcing, operating on a revenue-sharing model.
The role involves building and scaling PragyanAI’s talent supply, consulting, and outsourcing engine, with a strong focus on GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Science, and Data Analytics solutions.
The Vice President will:
- Lead staffing and placement operations
- Drive technical consulting and AI project outsourcing
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, startups, and hiring partners
- Own revenue generation, client acquisition, and delivery excellence
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build and own a high-growth vertical at the intersection of EdTech, TalentTech, and AI.
Technical Consulting & Outsourcing (GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Science & Analytics)- Build and scale a consulting and outsourcing vertical focused on:
- Generative AI (chatbots, copilots, RAG systems, automation)
- Agentic AI (multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows)
- Data Science (ML models, predictions, recommendations)
- Data Analytics (dashboards, BI, insights)
- Translate business problems into end-to-end AI solutions and delivery pipelines
- Develop solution accelerators and reusable frameworks (RAG pipelines, AI agents, analytics dashboards)
- Convert client requirements into structured, billable projects (PoC → MVP → Production)
- Build and manage a distributed execution ecosystem:
- Students (live project execution)
- Freelancers and domain experts
- Internal AI and engineering teams
- Ensure delivery excellence:
- Define SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain scalability, reliability, and measurable business outcomes
- Drive consulting-led growth:
- Identify AI transformation opportunities
- Lead solutioning, proposals, and deal closures
- Convert engagements into long-term outsourcing partnerships
- Align with PragyanAI ecosystem:
- Enable Learn → Build → Deploy → Earn pipeline
- Use real-world projects as learning + revenue engines
Qualifications & Experience- 8+ years of experience in IT Staffing, Technical Consulting, or Talent Solutions
- Proven experience in contract staffing, outsourcing, or consulting business models
- Strong exposure to AI/ML, Data Science, Analytics, or emerging technologies hiring/solutions
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and account growth
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Experience in building or scaling 0 → 1 business verticals is highly preferred
- Strong skills in:
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Negotiation and deal closure
- Leadership and team building
- Strategic thinking and execution
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong real-world experience in staffing, consulting, or business development preferred over formal qualifications
