- Provide Advisory services across asset classes including but not limited to Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Leasing Transactions, Alternatives, etc
- Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets across all asset classes
- Enhance customer experience by giving end to end solutions to clients
- These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units
- Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Corporates.
- Lead Advisory Assignments – The team also provides fee generating advisory services including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and market entry strategy advice.
- Ensure AOP and PGOI targets are met
- Assess client requirements & guide team to Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Constant Mentoring & guiding the team. Responsible for meeting individual & team targets
