Role Description
The Vice President Sales, US Region will lead and oversee the organization’s sales operations, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the team achieves sales targets. The role will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for periodic remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, demonstrating the ability to lead and achieve robust sales targets
- Strong background in Account Management and Sales Operations, ensuring efficient sales processes and exceptional client relationships
- Expertise in Business Development with a focus on identifying new growth opportunities and expanding market reach
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience in the IT, Security, or Automation industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions
