Role Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, New client acquisition, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be an individual contributor and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and achieve targets in Security , IFM & B2B segments
- Strong skills in Account Management and Sales Operations for maintaining client relationships and optimizing sales processes
- Experience in Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities to manage teams and develop effective sales strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in the security or IFM is a plus
