Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Vice President Sales. The Vice President Sales will lead the sales team, strategize sales operations, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Leadership, effective team management, and collaboration with other departments will be central to the role.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Sales Strategy, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Sales Forecasting, and Target Achievement
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior work experience in the real estate industry or similar domains is an advantage
- Adaptable, solution-focused mindset with high levels of motivation and professionalism
