Role Description
We are hiring a Senior Sales Head to lead and scale residential real estate sales across Bootes projects. This is a leadership role with complete ownership of sales performance, team management, and closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end sales targets and revenue delivery
• Build, lead, and manage on-site sales teams
• Hire, train, mentor, and review sales team performance
• Drive channel partner onboarding and performance
• Handle key client negotiations and deal closures
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups
• Train sales teams on CRM discipline, reporting, and conversion tracking
• Track sales funnels, conversions, and team productivity
• Coordinate with marketing and management for campaigns
• Share regular sales MIS, forecasts, and market insights
• Ensure RERA-compliant communication and sales practices
• Support project pricing, inventory planning, and launch strategies
• Act as escalation point for high-value or complex client cases
Experience and Skills:
• 10–15 years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong exposure to Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi NCR markets
• Proven experience in building and leading sales teams
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
