Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of Vice President – Real Estate. The role involves overseeing company real estate investments, managing key relationships with developers and stakeholders, conducting market analysis for strategic decision-making, ensuring rigorous due diligence for property acquisitions, and driving overall business growth in the real estate segment. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, monitoring industry trends, and advising on portfolio expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
- Proficiency in Finance and Investments
- Experience in conducting Due Diligence for real estate transactions
- A strategic mindset with leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of the Gurugram real estate market
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory
