🚀 Hiring: VP – QA Automation (Capital Markets)
We are looking for a Vice President – QA Automation to lead quality engineering initiatives across Capital Markets platforms within a leading Investment Banking setup.
This role requires strong domain depth + automation leadership + stakeholder management experience.
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience
- 8 to 10 years in QA / Test Automation
- 5+ years in Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain
- Experience operating at VP / AVP / Lead level
🔹 Domain Expertise (Must Have)
- Fixed Income / Repo / Securities Lending / Derivatives
- Front-to-Back Trading lifecycle
- Corporate Actions / Regulatory exposure (MiFID II, etc.)
- Understanding of trading platforms / OMS / Market connectivity
🔹 Technical Depth
- Automation frameworks (Selenium / Robot Framework / BDD frameworks)
- API testing & integration testing
- SQL & Unix/Linux
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and automation strategy
🔹 Leadership & Governance
- Leading QA strategy across programs
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders (Dev, Ops, Product, Business)
- Experience in regulatory-driven or high-control banking environments
- Exposure to global delivery models
