YOUR TASKS:
You lead and strategically develop our Project Logistics business in India, including:
- Taking full responsibility for revenue, profitability and P&L
- Identifying, securing and executing high-value project cargo opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives across domestic and international markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, service providers and other key stakeholders
- Managing commercial performance and ensuring that agreed business targets are achieved
- Ensuring operational excellence, quality and compliance with industry standards
- Leading and developing the Project Logistics team
- Working closely with our international offices to create competitive and sustainable transport solutions
- Identifying market opportunities and transforming them into long-term business relationships
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Engineering, Marine Studies or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in Project Logistics with a strong track record of success
- Proven ability to generate revenue and independently manage a P&L
- Deep knowledge of the project logistics industry and its operational and commercial requirements
- Established network of clients, carriers and industry partners
- Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity, commitment and reliability
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to independently drive business growth
- Passion for logistics and enthusiasm for new challenges
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Additional certification in chartering is an advantage
