We are looking for a strategic and transformational leader to head the Private Equity Fund Accounting function and manage end-to-end fund accounting operations across buyout, growth, venture, co-invest, and secondaries funds.
📍 Location: Bangalore / Pune / Gurgaon
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 14–17+ Years
Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly and quarterly fund close processes across multiple funds and vehicles.
• Deliver accurate financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee NAV calculation, capital calls, distributions, equalizations, side-letter economics.
• Manage valuation processes (ASC 820 / IFRS 13) and waterfall calculations including carried interest and preferred return.
• Work with Tax & Compliance teams on AIFMD, Form PF, FATCA/CRS regulatory filings.
• Lead onboarding of new funds, investors, and administrator transitions.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and technology transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AVPs, Senior Fund Accountants, and Fund Accountants.
