Vice President Operations

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Vice President Operations. The Vice President Operations will oversee end-to-end operations across digital and power infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This role will lead cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement in project execution, service delivery, and safety standards. The person in this position will manage operational planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, while collaborating closely with business, engineering, finance, and customer teams. Responsibilities also include supporting P&L performance, implementing operational KPIs and governance frameworks, and representing operations in key customer, partner, and stakeholder interactions.
Skills
- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance management.
- Proven experience in P&L Management, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance tracking.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on service excellence, stakeholder management, and long-term relationship building.
- Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational roadmaps, scaling operations, and aligning with business objectives.
- Project Management expertise in managing complex, large-scale infrastructure projects with cross-functional teams.
- Significant leadership experience in infrastructure, data centers, power or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal leadership and external stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

- Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive experience
