Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Operations, located in the Pune Division. The Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage projects, and drive process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing profit and loss (P&L) management, aligning operations with the company’s strategic goals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will also lead and mentor teams while developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management to develop and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- A proven track record in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
