About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Operations to lead and optimize business operations, drive operational excellence, and support the organization's strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional operations, implement scalable processes, and leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Lead and optimize day-to-day business operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
- Build scalable operational frameworks to support business expansion across global markets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success.
- Drive process improvement initiatives through automation, AI, and digital transformation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to streamline cross-functional operations.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational risk while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Management, or Strategy, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business operations in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization, operational excellence, and organizational scaling.
- Experience with AI-driven technologies, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and team leadership abilities.
