Key Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development –
- Proactively engage in business development activities through focused BD, networking, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units particularly focusing on Corporate & Growth Sectors (office space).
- Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with builders & Corporate (CRE Heads, CFO, Admin Head).
- Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography.
Transaction Management –
- Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude commercial (office) transactions – predominantly focusing on Mumbai market. This includes involvement in preparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence and inputs from legal consultants.
- Advisory Assignments – The Markets team also provides fee generating advisory services including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and market entry strategy advice.
- Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverable such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Constant Mentoring & guiding the team. Responsible for meeting individual & team targets
