🌟 Role Overview
We are looking for accomplished professionals to join as VP / SVP – Private Wealth Management, operating either as a high-impact individual contributor or a playing captain (managing both clients and a small team). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building deep client relationships and driving revenue through strategic advisory.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of UHNI/HNI clients, delivering tailored investment solutions
- Drive AUM growth through acquisition and deepening of existing relationships
- Provide advisory across a wide suite of products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Bonds, and more
- Act as a trusted partner to clients on wealth creation, preservation, and succession planning
- (For Playing Captain role) Mentor and guide a team while actively contributing to business targets
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–15 years of experience in Private Wealth Management / Wealth Advisory
- Proven track record of managing significant AUM and UHNI relationships
- Strong product knowledge across investment and wealth solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business independently
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
