Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the Vice President of Sales. The VP of Sales will oversee sales operations, lead sales and account management teams, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategies to penetrate new markets, and fostering relationships with key clients. The role will also involve analyzing market trends and ensuring the implementation of best practices in sales management and business development.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients
- Strong skills in Business Development, with a focus on creating and capitalizing on new opportunities
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams effectively
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in the real estate or infrastructure sectors would be a significant advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
